'No complete prohibition...': SC asks Centre to regulate Delhi Metro, other public transport ahead of Oct 10 protest

The Supreme Court directed Delhi authorities not to completely suspend metro services ahead of the 10 October protests. It said operations may be regulated for law and order but commuters must not be left without public transport, and ordered authorities to publicise any restrictions.
